Ingredients
- 2 Cans 15 oz. each Black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 Cans 11 oz. Whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 C. Mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/2 C. Green pepper strips
- 1/2 C. Red onion sliced
- 2 Tbs. Fresh cilantro or parsley chopped
- 2 Tbs. Lime juice
- 1 Clove Garlic minced
- 1/2 Tsp. Ground cumin
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt optional
- 1/4 Tsp. Ground red pepper
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
