Balsamic Steak and Blue Cheese Salad
A perfectly cooked steak is not only a quick dinner fix, but it’s super impressive when done right. Woo your Valentine with this simple balsamic steak and blue cheese salad. Begin by pouring some balsamic vinaigrette dressing over steak in a shallow dish, turning to evenly coat both sides of the steak. While the steak marinates, heat your grill to medium heat. Grill the steak on each side until medium doneness. Meanwhile, grill asparagus and peppers until crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing with oil. Finish the vegetables off by cutting them in half. Then cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Next, place salad greens in a large bowl, adding in the grilled vegetables and remaining dressing. Give it a good toss and place on a platter, topping with the grilled steak and cheese. Click here for the full recipe.
