Most major airlines offer flights to Fort Myers/Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) as well as charter/executive air service available to Naples Municipal Airport (APF).
RSW Airport is located 30 miles from Naples Grande Beach Resort, about a 35-minute ride via taxi or ride-share such as Uber or Lyft.

Delta Air Lines Discount
Delta Air Lines is offering special discounted airfares to Kellen Association clients for both Domestic and International travel in 2023. You may receive discounts up to 10% off the fare for Domestic and International travel. When booking a flight, please apply the Meeting Event Code below to your reservation:

- Call Delta Meeting Network® Reservations at 1.800.328.2216
- This service is available, for no fee, from Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 7:30pm (CT) to help you book a flight, make changes to an existing flight, or with questions about fare discount eligibility.
- Provide the reservation agent with the Meeting Event Code: NM2BS and follow their instructions to complete your booking.
- Visit the Delta website
- From the Delta homepage, click the “Advanced Search” link
- Complete the required fields and enter Event Meeting Code “NM2BS”
- If the flight is discount eligible on the search results page, “Event Code Applied” will appear underneath the fare. If the “Event Code Applied” message is not displayed, the fare is ineligible for a discount.
Weather & What to Wear
Daily high temperatures in Naples range from 75°F to over 85°F, so make sure to bring your sunscreen and stay hydrated! You can expect most days this month to bring warm, sunny weather, but be prepared for the occasional mid-day thunderstorm. Business casual is the attire for all ADS business functions. Be sure and pack a light jacket or sweater for walkable tours, as well as a good sunscreen. Sunglasses and a hat are also a good idea.
