Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 Can Artichokes brine-packed
- ¾ C. Mayonnaise
- ¾ C. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated
Directions

Drain and finely chop artichoke hearts (or use a food processor).

Mix all ingredients. Microwave on medium about 2 minutes, or heat in 350° oven for 10 minutes.

Serve warm or at room temperature with vegetables or crackers.
