3 Dips that are a Slam Dunk!
When fans turn to college basketball in March, there are enough games in a 68 game bracket to make anyone hungry! No matter your allegiance to a team, the one thing many of us have in common is the need to dip while watching the best in college basketball dunk on the court.
We’ve gathered three hearty dip recipes together that is sure to make the game you watch even tastier!
Mix mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach and bell pepper together. Spoon it into a slow cooker and sprinkle with Pepper Jack cheese. Then cover and cook on low heat for an hour. Get the full recipe here in the ADS library.
Start with two large chicken breasts and put them on to boil. Once cooked and cooled off, use a fork to shred the chicken. Add in some cream cheese. (While you are working on the chicken, you can leave the cream cheese out to soften – makes it a bit easier to blend). Fold in the buffalo wing sauce and either ranch or bleu cheese dressing, plus some bleu cheese crumbles. Then pour it all into a casserole dish and bake. More details are here.
A tasty way to flavor your favorite veggies, this dip takes a little planning ahead. It’s super easy though. Mix mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, pecans and green onions in a large bowl. Then spread into a shallow dish and refrigerate overnight. Then, just before serving, top it with pepper jelly. More of the recipe is here.
