- 1 Tsp. Canola oil
- 6 Oz. Ground turkey
- 1/2 C. Chopped onion
- 1/2 C. Salsa
- 1/2 C. Canned white beans
- 4 Taco shells
- 4 Oz. Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 C Shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 C Diced tomato
In a medium non-stick skillet, heat oil.
Add ground turkey and sauté for 5-6 minutes.
Add onions; cover and cook until onions are softened.
Add salsa and white beans. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Spoon turkey mixture into taco shells.
Serve with toppings of cheese, lettuce and tomato.
