Recipe of the Month: Apricot Mustard Glazed Ham
Servings: 16 Servings
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup yellow mustard
- 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 smoked fully cooked half ham, 6 to 9 pounds
Directions

Mix together preserves, mustard, sugar and vinegar. Place rack in roasting pan; place ham on rack.

Bake at 325°F., 1 1/2 hours. Brush with preserve mixture.

Continue cooking 30 to 60 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 130°F., basting every 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
