Honor the mom in your life with this delicious buttermilk ranch potato gratin recipe! Begin by combining cabbage and bacon, seasoning with salt and freshly ground black pepper. In a separate bowl, combine potatoes, buttermilk, Parmesan and ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix. Place a layer of potatoes in a casserole dish, sprinkling with Parmesan. Whether your graduate is leaving kindergarten or college, they will appreciate these tasty caramel apple roses. Begin by blending European caramelized biscuit cookie crumbs and butter to form a cookie crust. Bake in a muffin tin and let cool. Next, soften thin apple slices in the microwave and set aside. Form the roses by brushing the surface of the cookie crust with the caramel sauce and combining the sliced apples over each.
