Sauce of the Year Award
The Association for Dressings & Sauces names Bay Valley Foods’ Bacon Marmalade as 2014 Sauce of the Year
(October 21, 2014) ATLANTA, GA – The Association for Dressings & Sauces (ADS) named its thirteenth annual Sauce of the Year Award winner: Bay Valley Foods for their Bacon Marmalade. The award was presented at the ADS Annual Meeting held October 11-13 at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort in Naples, Florida.
Representative from Bay Valley Foods, Richard Duggan, was present to accept the award.
“I could not think of a higher honor than for our company to be presented with this prestigious award from ADS,” said Mr. Duggan. “We are proud of our product and are humbled that our peers believe in our Bacon Marmalade, as well.”
The Sauce of the Year Award is presented by ADS to recognize and celebrate truly innovative and delicious sauce products. Nominations for the award were received from ADS members and were then voted on by members via a blind taste test at the ADS 2014 Technical Meeting in San Diego, California. ADS members voted for the sauce product deemed to have the best overall taste.
