Sweet Caroline’s Fall Festival Salad

Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. 7-oz. Iceberg/Romaine lettuce mix
- 1 Macintosh apple
- 1 Bartlett pear
- 2 Naval Oranges peeled
- ¼ Lb. Smoked Gouda cheese
- ¼ C. Fresh soybeans or lima beans cooked
- ½ C. Dried cranberries
- ½ C. Walnut pieces
- ¾ C. Orange Poppy Seed Dressing
Directions

Cut the apple, pear, oranges and Gouda into bite size pieces, add soybeans, dried cranberries and walnuts.

Toss the ingredients with ½ cup of the Sweet Orange Poppy Seed Dressing.

Toss the lettuce mix with the remaining dressing and place in a large salad bowl.

Place fruits, walnuts and cheese mixture on top of the lettuce and serve.
