Mediterranean Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 3 Cans 6 1/2 oz. Water packed tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/2 Lb. Low-fat dill Havarti cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 C. Pitted black olives thinly sliced
- 2 8 oz. packages Fusilli or Bow Tie Pasta cooked according to package directions
- 1 C. Thinly sliced scallions including green tops
- 1 C. Finely chopped red and/or green peppers
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1 bottle 8 oz. Italian salad dressing
- Black pitted olives for garnish
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Toss to combine. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Garnish with olives, if desired.
