Jamaican Jerked Chicken

Ingredients
- 20- oz. Romaine lettuce chopped
- 10- oz. Roma tomatoes julienne
- Avocado sliced Fresh baby spinach leaves, cleaned and dried
- 5- oz. Carrots julienne
- 5- oz. Red onions thinly sliced
- Papaya cubed
- 20- oz. Precooked jerked or spicychicken breast sliced
- 1 bottle 15-oz. Your favorite balsamic vinaigrette
- 5- oz. Passion fruit juice concentrate
- 2- oz. Green onion finely chopped
- 3- oz. Fried coconut chips
Directions

Plate romaine lettuce and top with remaining vegetables, papaya and chicken.

In a separate bowl, combine balsamic vinaigrette and passion fruit concentrate. Drizzle over salad. Garnish with green onions and coconut chips.
