Horseradish Guacamole
Ingredients
- 4 Small Avocados peeled and seeded
- 1/4 C. Lemon juice
- 1/2 C. Sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. Extra hot horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic pressed
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh dill minced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

In a small bowl, mash all ingredients together. Cover and chill for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with chips as a dip, or as a compliment to prime rib or steak.
