Hawaiian Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup 20 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 cup seedless red grapes halved
- 3/4 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup navel orange segments or 1cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup poppy seed dressing
- 3/4 cup sliced bananas
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
Directions

In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.

Pour poppy seed dressing over ingredients and stir.

Cover & refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Just before serving add bananas and sprinkle with pecan halves.

Serve on lettuce leaf with crackers.
* May also us melons and other fresh fruit with or without the chicken and celery.
