Broccoli Salad Pita Pockets

Ingredients
  • 1 bag broccoli florets cooked according to package directions and cooled
  • 1/2 C. Ranch salad dressing
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese diced
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins or cranberries
  • 4 pita breads halved
  • Lettuce leaves
Directions
  1. Combine broccoli florets, Ranch salad dressing, cheese, onion and raisins. Line pita breads with lettuce leaves and fill with broccoli salad.
