The Association For Dressings & Sauces Honors Recipients of The ADS 2021 Technical Achievement Award
(October 20, 2021) ATLANTA, GA – Noted for their outstanding achievement in furthering the knowledge within the dressing and sauce industry, 12 leaders were awarded the Association for Dressings and Sauces (ADS) 2021 Technical Achievement Award during the ADS 2021 Technical Meeting “Approaching the Way Forward” held at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort in Scottsdale Arizona, October 10-12.
The award winners were Dorrie Francis, Litehouse, Inc.; David Horowitz, International Flavors & Fragrances, Inc.; Paula Klassen, TreeHouse Foods, Inc.; Suzanne Mailman, Golden State Foods; Mariana Manole, Golden State Foods; Tom McGirty, T. Marzetti Company; Dr. Ritu Mishra, The Clorox Company; Fran Moller, T. Marzetti Company; Allen Sass, Wisconsin Spice, Inc.; Theresa Upshall, TreeHouse Foods; Charlie Wind, Brooks’ Bottling Co.; and May Yeow, Ventura Foods.
“The ADS Research Subcommittee is being recognized for their expertise and contributions to two research projects – Buffering Capacity of salad dressings. The results of these studies are expected to provide critical technical knowledge for the manufacture of dressings and sauces,” said Patricia Faison, Director of Regulatory and Technical Affairs for ADS.
