The Association for Dressings & Sauces Honors Michael Ryan of Sauer Brands Inc.
Denver, Colorado – Michael Ryan of Sauer Brands Inc. was presented with the 2025 Technical Service Award from The Association for Dressings and Sauces (ADS). The announcement was made during the ADS Technical Meeting held in Denver, Colorado April 27-29.
“Michel Ryan has been a staple in ADS as he pours his knowledge and heart into Technical Committee projects. He is an asset to the industry and deserves to be recognized for his dedicated work ethic and inviting personality,” said a nominating member.
“Michael has been an instrumental member of ADS’ Technical Committee and Executive Technical Board and has been an active member of ADS for years. We are thrilled to present this award to Michael and know he will continue to be a valuable member of ADS,” said ADS President, Jeannie Milewski.
The ADS Technical Service Award is presented annually to an individual who demonstrates dedicated service to the ADS technical programs. Nominations for this award are taken from the general ADS membership and voted on by ADS’ Executive Technical Board, the group that oversees the association’s technical activities. At the technical meeting, members shared their expertise on various industry-specific topics, including packaging, food safety, emulsions, and quality.
“To be presented with the 2025 ADS Technical Service Award is such an honor. Consideration for this award amongst food industry, master class nominees, feels incredible and uplifting. I will continue to support ADS by volunteering my industry knowledge and experience to service this fantastic organization that supports dressings and sauces,” said Mr. Ryan. Michael Ryan is a Senior Member of the Sauer Brands Research and Product Development Team and incoming chair to the ADS Technical Committee.
