Tangy BBQ (barbecue) Beef
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 C. Thinly sliced onion
- 1 Jar 15-oz. Chili sauce
- ¾ C. Water
- 1/3 C. Hot mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ Lb. Thinly sliced cooked roast beef
- Sandwich rolls split
Sauté onion in vegetable oil in medium size saucepan 2 – 3 minutes or until tender.
Stir in chili sauce, hot mustard, water and Worcestershire sauce until well blended.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Stir in beef; heat through. Serve on crusty sandwich rolls.
