Making Your Hotel Reservations

Accommodations are available in the ADS room block at a special discounted group rate.

All guests at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas must present a valid state or federal ID when checking in.

ADS Members are encouraged to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. The deadline to reserve your room is Friday, September 12 2025. However, the discounted rates are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to ensure you have a room within the ADS block at the discounted rate.

Whether making reservations via phone or online, it is important to identify yourself as a member of The Association for Dressings & Sauces (or ADS) group. A credit card name and number are needed to guarantee the reservation; however, your card will not be charged until checkout. Cancellation of reservations shall be accepted by the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, without penalty, up to 24 hours prior to date of arrival. Please remember you are responsible for both reserving and canceling your own hotel reservations.

Booking your room in the ADS block is extremely important because the Association, on behalf of the members, has committed revenue to the hotel for a specified number of hotel rooms. We appreciate your willingness to assist us by booking at the designated meeting hotel and identifying yourself as part of the ADS group when making your reservation. Doing so will help ADS in future meetings as well.

All guests at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas must present a valid state or federal ID when checking in. You may check-in at 4:00 p.m. or later based on your date of arrival, and you must check-out by 11:00 a.m. or earlier on your date of departure.

Self-parking is free for guests.

Please remember you are responsible for both booking and, if necessary, canceling your own hotel reservations.

Scottsdale Airport (SCF) is approximately 7 miles from Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is approximately 10 miles away.

Daily high temperatures in Scottsdale range from 65°F to over 90°F, so make sure to bring layers.

Business casual is the attire for all ADS business functions.
