Scheduling of Non-ADS Functions
Please remember that no events are to be scheduled to conflict with official ADS events. This includes hospitality suites, special breakfasts or dinners, recreational activities, including transportation and similar events.
Business Meetings
Please refer to the Schedule of Events for a complete listing of all meetings. The General Sessions on Monday and Tuesday are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. These informative sessions are open to all registrants.
The Board of Directors, the Executive Technical Board and the Membership Advisory Council meetings are open only to the appointed members of those committees. The Packaging Committee is open to all registered attendees. See the Schedule of Events for details.
Open Committee Description
Packaging Committee
While you’re in Scottsdale, you are welcome to attend the Packaging Committee Meeting, which is open to all Meeting attendees. The Packaging Committee addresses the packaging/packaging system needs of ADS members and provides a forum to review packaging-related topics. The group meets twice a year during the Annual Business Forum and Technical Meeting. Committee is currently focusing its efforts on updating the ADS Packaging Manual.
