Chelten House Products, Inc. Wins 2015 Sauce of the Year from The Association for Dressings & Sauces for its Organic Garlic Sriracha BBQ Sauce
October 13, 2015) ATLANTA, GA – The Association for Dressings & Sauces (ADS) named its fourteenth annual Sauce of the Year Award winner as Chelten House Products, Inc. for its Organic Garlic Sriracha BBQ sauce. The award was presented at the ADS Annual Meeting held October 3-5 at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.
“Innovation is a must-have in today’s culinary environment,” said Jason Dabrow, chief operating officer (COO) of Chelten House Products, Inc. “Seeing the hot trend in sriracha sauce and the staying power of BBQ sauce, we created an organic blend that we trust will give our retail partners another great taste to offer.”
In addition to a legacy spanning four generations, Chelten House Products has a history of winning, with 2015 as the third year receiving the ADS Sauce of the Year, as well as the first year winning the 2015 ADS Dressing of the Year for its Sweet Onion & Bacon Vinaigrette Dressing. “We thank the Association for Dressings & Sauces for this milestone and especially appreciate it’s nearly 90 years of history in the industry,” said Dabrow.
The Sauce of the Year Award is presented by ADS to recognize and celebrate truly innovative and delicious sauce products. Nominations for the award were received from ADS members and were then voted on by members via a blind taste test at the ADS May 2015 Technical Meeting in San Antonio, Texas. ADS members voted for the sauce deemed to have the best overall taste.
