Chelten House Products, Inc. Wins 2015 Dressing of the Year from The Association for Dressings & Sauces for its Sweet Onion & Bacon Vinaigrette Dressing
(October 13, 2015) ATLANTA, GA– The Association for Dressings & Sauces (ADS) named its fourteenth annual Dressing of the Year Award winner as Chelten House Products, Inc. for its Sweet Onion & Bacon Vinaigrette dressing. The award was presented at the ADS Annual Meeting held October. 3-5 at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona.
“Our retail partners look to us for innovative products. We took the continued, proven love for the flavor of bacon and combined it with the popularity of sweet onion,” said Jason Dabrow, chief operating officer (COO) of Chelten House Products, Inc. “While picking up on the consumer trend of bold favor mixing, we were pleased to have also picked up this accolade from The Association for Dressings & Sauces and be acknowledged by our peers.”
In addition to a legacy spanning four generations, Chelten House Products, Inc. has a history of winning. While 2015 marked the first year winning the ADS Dressing of the Year honor, the company is a three-time winner of ADS’ Sauce of the Year, taking home also the sauce honor this year for its Organic Garlic Sriracha BBQ Sauce.
The Dressing of the Year Award is presented by ADS to recognize and celebrate truly innovative and delicious dressing products. Nominations for the award were received from ADS members and were then voted on by members via a blind taste test at the ADS May 2015 Technical Meeting in San Antonio, Texas. ADS members voted for the dressing deemed to have the best overall taste.
