Making Your Hotel Reservations
Accommodations are available in the ADS room block at a special discounted group rate.

ADS Members are encouraged to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. The deadline to reserve your room is Friday, September 2 2025. However, the discounted rates are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to ensure you have a room within the ADS block at the discounted rate.
Whether making reservations via phone or online, it is important to identify yourself as a member of The Association for Dressings & Sauces (or ADS) group. A credit card name and number are needed to guarantee the reservation; however, your card will not be charged until checkout. Cancellation of reservations shall be accepted by the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia, without penalty, up to 72 hours prior to date of arrival. Please remember you are responsible for both reserving and canceling your own hotel reservations.
Booking your room in the ADS block is extremely important because the Association, on behalf of the members, has committed revenue to the hotel for a specified number of hotel rooms. We appreciate your willingness to assist us by booking at the designated meeting hotel and identifying yourself as part of the ADS group when making your reservation. Doing so will help ADS in future meetings as well.
