Making Your Hotel Reservations
Accommodations are available in the ADS room block at the group rate.
All guests at the Kimpton Aertson Hotel must present a valid state or federal ID when checking in.
To make your hotel reservation, call 615-340-6376 and reference ADS.
ADS Members are encouraged to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. The group rates are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to ensure you have a room within the ADS block.
Whether making reservations via phone or online, it is important to identify yourself as a member of The Association for Dressings & Sauces (or ADS) group. A credit card name and number are needed to guarantee the reservation; however, your card will not be charged until checkout. Cancellation of reservations shall be accepted by the Kimpton Aertson, without penalty, up to 72 hours prior to date of arrival. Please remember you are responsible for both reserving and canceling your own hotel reservations.
Booking your room in the ADS block is extremely important because the Association, on behalf of the members, has committed revenue to the hotel for a specified number of hotel rooms. We appreciate your willingness to assist us by booking at the designated meeting hotel and identifying yourself as part of the ADS group when making your reservation. Doing so will help ADS in future meetings as well.
All guests at the Kimpton Aertson must present a valid state or federal ID when checking in. You may check-in at 4:00 p.m. or later on your date of arrival, and you must check-out by 11:00 a.m. or earlier on your date of departure.
Valet parking is available for $46 per car per day, or self-parking for is $36 per car per day.
Please remember you are responsible for both booking and, if necessary, canceling your own hotel reservations. Please refer to the (Pricing & Fees section) or contact ADS Staff for information on fees associated with cancelling your ABF attendee registration, which must be done separately.
TRAVEL
Nashville International Airport (BNA) is approximately 9 miles from Kimpton Aertson Hotel.
Delta Air Lines is offering special discounted* airfares for ADS Meeting attendees. Discounts vary, depending on the class of ticket purchased, up to 10% off the fare for both domestic and international travel.
To take advantage of these Travel Discounts for both domestic and international travel:
- Visit the Delta Airlines website and click the Advanced Search link at the bottom of the “Book a Trip”.
- Complete the required fields and enter meeting code “NM3DA”.
- You may also call Delta Meeting Network® Reservations at 1-800-328-1111, Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Central Time. (Please use the same phone number to make changes to an existing Delta Meetings Network reservation.)
