Spring Layered Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (10 oz. ) Mixed salad greens
  • 6 Plum tomatoes chopped
  • 8 Kosher dill mini pickles chopped
  • 4 Hard-cooked eggs choppe
  • 2 C. Cubed ham
  • 1 C. Shredded Carrots
  • 3/4 C. Peppercorn ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Place salad greens in bottom of large salad bowl. 

  2. Layer tomatoes, pickles, eggs, ham and carrots over greens in bowl. 

  3. Spread dressing evenly over top of salad. 

  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
