spring mix salad greens

bottled raspberry vinaigrette

ripe pears
cored and cut in bite-sized pieces

crisp apple
such as Granny Smith, cored and cut in bite-sized pieces

cubed grilled chicken

C.
dried cranberries
1/2
C.
toffee-glazed walnuts
1/4
lb.
high-quality blue cheese
roughly crumbled
Directions
Toss salad greens with 1/2 C. raspberry vinaigrette.
Add pears and apple and toss until fruit is lightly coated with dressing.
Place greens and fruit on a serving plate and top with chicken, cranberries, walnuts, and blue cheese.
Drizzle with remaining dressing.
