Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. Red Quinoa cooked
  • 1 oz. Radishes thin sliced
  • 1 oz. Scallions thin sliced
  • 2 oz. Brussels’ Sprouts shaved
  • 2 T. Italian Parsley rough chopped
  • 1 T. Fresh Mint rough chopped
  • 2 oz. Carrot matchsticks
  • 4 oz. Pineapple large dice, ½ in.
  • 4 oz. Mango firm cut large dice, ½ in.
  • 1 T. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 4-6 oz. Spicy Jerk Dressing with Hemp Seed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients then dress with Spicy Jerk Dressing.
