That’s a wrap! Now make it a Southwestern one
The ingredients are simple too:
- ¼ C. of mayonnaise
- ½ C. of chunky salsa
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/8 Lb. sliced turkey
- ½ C. of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 C. of shredded lettuce
First, combine your mayonnaise and salsa in a small bowl and stir until they are well incorporated. Next, take one of your large tortillas and spread the mixture on ¾ of it. Top that with the lettuce, turkey and shredded cheddar cheese. I would suggest putting the lettuce and cheese on first and covering that with the turkey to hold it in place. You also only want these ingredients to cover ¾ of the tortilla.
Finally, roll your wrap towards the ¼ of plain tortilla. The turkey, lettuce and cheese tend to shift as you roll so this will help to keep everything from falling out.
Now cut in half and enjoy! The best part about this recipe is that you can personalize it so many ways. You can add some hot sauce, use smoked turkey instead of oven roasted, add peppers, the possibilities are endless!
