Marinated Mushrooms


  • 2 cups Button mushrooms quartered and blanched
  • 1/2 cup Red onions diced or sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro fresh and finely chopped
  • 1 cup Lite Northern Italian Dressing with Basil & Romano
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Ground black pepper


  1. In a medium saucepan, boil 1 1/2 quarts of water. 

  2. Place quartered mushrooms in boiling water for 15 seconds. Remove and rinse under cold water; drain well. 

  3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
