Sicilian Tomato-Basil Wrapwich

Servings 4 servings


  • Mayonnaise
  • 4 Fajita size flour tortillas or basil flavored tortillas
  • 2 C. Arugula or torn romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 Plum tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 12 Small slices fresh mozzarella cheese about 4 oz.
  • 8 Large basil leaves
  • Italian salad dressing


  1. Squeeze it: Squeeze mayonnaise generously onto tortillas.
  2. Stuff it: Layer argula, tomatoes, cheese and basil down center of each tortilla. Drizzle with dressing.
  3. Wrap it: Roll and fold the filled tortilla.
