Miami Mustard Sauce

Servings 8 1 1/4 cup servings

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. Dry mustard
  • 2 Tbs. Dry white wine
  • 1 C. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. Heavy cream
  • Dash hot sauce

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine dry mustard and white wine. Let stand for 30 minutes. 

  2. Add remaining ingredients. Whisk until smooth. 

  3. Cover and refrigerate until used. 

  4. Serve as a sauce for crab claws, shrimp or lobster.
