Honey Chicken and Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. Low-fat honey Dijon dressing
  • 1/4 Tsp. Grated orange peel
  • 2 C. Chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 C. Halved red grapes
  • 3/4 C. Sliced celery
  • 4 C. Torn spinach
  • Hulled sunflower seeds optional

Directions

  1. Mix dressing and peel in large bowl. 

  2. Add remaining ingredients except spinach and seeds; toss lightly. 

  3. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. 

  4. Serve over spinach and sprinkle with seeds just before serving.
