Gourmet Caesar Chicken Salad

Using Bottled Salad Dressing

  • 1 Envelope Caesar salad dressing mix
  • 1/4 C. Lemon juice
  • 1 Lb. Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
  • 6 C. Romaine Lettuce torn
  • 1 C. Seasoned croutons
  • 1/3 C. Parmesan cheese shredded Lemon wedges


  1. Prepare salad dressing as directed on envelope, except substituting juice for vinegar. 

  2. Cook chicken in 1 tablespoon of the prepared dressing in skillet on medium heat until cooked through. 

  3. Place lettuce, chicken, croutons and cheese in large salad bowl. 

  4. Add remaining dressing; toss to coat well. 

  5. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
