Penne Pasta With Vegetables

Servings 4 Servings


  • 1 1- oz. pkg. Ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
  • 1 1- lb. box Penne pasta
  • 4 oz. Cream cheese cut in cubes
  • 1 1- lb. pkg. Frozen mixed vegetables thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. Sliced almonds or pine nuts toasted


  1. Cook pasta according to the package directions and drain, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid.
  2. Combine the reserved cooking liquid, Ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix and cream cheese and stir until smooth.
  3. Stir the vegetables into the sauce and cook over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the vegetables are heated through. Fold the pasta together with the sauce.
  4. Serve immediately garnished with the nuts.
