Horseradish Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 4 Small Avocados peeled and seeded
  • 1/4 C. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 C. Sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra hot horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic pressed
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh dill minced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mash all ingredients together. Cover and chill for at least 20 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with chips as a dip, or as a compliment to prime rib or steak.
