Candied Curried Nuts


  • 1 can 8.25 oz. lightly salted mixed nuts
  • 3 Tbsp. mild curry mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine nuts, mild curry mayonnaise and sugar in medium bowl. Spread on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, or until nuts are browned. Remove to wire rack, stirring once or twice as nuts cool. If necessary, peel nuts off foil and break up any clumps. Let cool completely. Store in an air tight container.
