Chai Caramel S’mores Casserole


  • 1 Box Graham Crackers
  • 24 Marshmallows
  • 18 oz. Milk Chocolate
  • 16 oz. Prepared caramel sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Chai Spice
  • 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar


  1. Preheat a broiler to medium.
  2. Place caramel in a microwave safe bowl. Place the caramel in a microwave set to medium high for two minutes or until very warm.
  3. Stir in 2 tablespoons of chai spice mix well and set aside.
  4. Mix the remaining chai spice with sugar and set aside.
  5. Line a baking dish with Graham Cracker squares. Cover the graham Crackers with a thin layer of milk chocolate. Arrange marshmallows evenly until the crackers and chocolate are covered.
  6. Place Graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows under the broiler. Cook until marshmallows are melted and browned and chocolate is melted.
  7. Remove from broiler and drizzle marshmallows with Chai caramel.
  8. Place remaining Graham crackers on top and dust with Chai Sugar. Serve and enjoy!
