Artichoke Dip


Ingredients

  • 1 Can Artichokes brine-packed
  • ¾ C. Mayonnaise
  • ¾ C. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated

Directions

  1. Drain and finely chop artichoke hearts (or use a food processor).
  2. Mix all ingredients. Microwave on medium about 2 minutes, or heat in 350° oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature with vegetables or crackers.
