Three Bean Barbecue

Ingredients

  • 6 Slices Bacon
  • 1 Medium Onion sliced
  • 1 16- oz. Can Baked beans
  • 1 15-½ oz. Can Golden butter beans drained
  • 1 15- oz. Can Kidney beans drained, rinsed
  • ¾ C. Barbecue sauce
  • ½ Tsp. Dry mustard

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat until crisp. Drain bacon, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. Crumble bacon; set aside.
  2. Cook and stir onion in reserved bacon drippings on medium-high heat until lightly browned; drain. Mix all ingredients in 1-½ quart casserole dish; cover. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
