Sesame Ginger Roasted Halibut

Servings 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • ½ Bottle Sesame ginger teriyaki sauce
  • 4 Pieces of halibut cod or tilapia can also be used
  • 1 C. Pineapple sliced
  • 1 Green onion finely diced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place fish and diced pineapple on broiler rack. Baste liberally with sauce. Place in oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Top each piece of fish with sliced green onions and chopped pineapple. Serve with rice and add more sauce if desired. Can replace fish with chicken.
