Spicy or Sweet? You decide with this Cheddar-Green Onion Dip
With only six ingredients, here’s everything you’ll need:
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 cups pecans
- 2 cups green onions
- Pepper jelly, to taste
- Crackers to serve
Making this dish is incredibly easy! First, chop up your pecans into pieces (or buy them pre chopped). Then, do
the same with your green onions. Next, mix the sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, pecans and green onions in a bowl. Once fully mixed, place into a shallow dish and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
When you’re ready to serve the next day, top with a thin layer of pepper jelly and set out some chips or crackers with it.
Now you’re done! Super easy, but make sure to give yourself at least 12 hours before you want to serve so it’s chilled.
