Zesty Pork Stir-Fry
Servings: 4 Servings
Ingredients
  • 2-1/4 C. Brown rice uncooked
  • 1 Lb. Pork tenderloin thinly sliced
  • ¼ C. Orange marmalade
  • ¼ C. Horseradish sauce
  • 1 Envelope Zesty Italian salad dressing mix
  • 2 Tsp. Canola oil
  • 2 C. Snow peas trimmed
  • 1 8- oz. Can Sliced water chestnuts drained
Directions
  1. Bring 2-1/4 cups water to boil. Add rice; cook as directed on package.
  2. Place pork in large bowl. Add combined marmalade, horseradish sauce and dressing mix; toss to coat.
  3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork mixture; cook and stir 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is evenly browned. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add snow peas and water chestnuts; mix lightly. Cover; cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until peas are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot rice.
