Recipe: Microwave Barbecue Meatloaf

1 Lb. Ground beef 
1/2 C. Barbecue sauce, divided
1/2 C. Bread crumbs
1/4 C. Finely chopped onion
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Dried basil leaves
1/8 Tsp. Pepper

Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce. Shape into loaf in 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Top with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Cover loosely with wax paper. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 14 minutes or until center is no longer pink, turning dish after 6 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
