Recipe: Broccoli Salad Pita Pockets
1 bag broccoli florets, cooked according to package directions and cooled
1/2 C. Ranch salad dressing
8 oz. cheddar cheese, diced
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
2 Tbsp. raisins or cranberries
4 pita breads, halved
Combine broccoli florets, Ranch salad dressing, cheese, onion and raisins. Line pita breads with lettuce leaves and fill with broccoli salad.
Makes 4 servings.
