(May 2008) ATLANTA, GA – Emru Erten of Ventura Foods, LLC was presented with the 2008 Technical Service Award from The Association for Dressings and Sauces (ADS) during the Association’s 2008 Technical Meeting in Memphis, Tennessee, May 4 - 6. Nominations for this award are taken from the general ADS membership and then voted on by ADS’ Executive Technical Board, the group that oversees ADS’ technical activities.
