2010 Technical Achievement Awards
THE ASSOCIATION FOR DRESSINGS AND SAUCES HONORS
The Technical Achievement Award is given when outstanding work in furthering the dressing and sauce industry has been accomplished. Ms. Jurlina received the Technical Achievement Award for her active leadership in sharing her knowledge of hydrocolloids with ADS members and assisting with technical issues. She also serves on ADS’ Executive Technical Board. According to ADS’ Director of Regulatory and Technical Affairs, Patricia Faison, “Wanda is a truly knowledgeable resource to ADS members and continually demonstrates her commitment to her craft and to the industry as a whole.” The Association for Dressings & Sauces is an international trade association representing the manufacturers of salad dressings and condiment sauces and the suppliers to the industry.
