This year’s Annual Meeting of The Association for Dressings & Sauces will be hosted at the Naples Grande Resort & Club. Located in the heart of Naples, Florida, the resort sits on 23 acres, with only a slim grove of mangrove forest separating it from the beautiful sandy beach. The resort is approximately 30 miles/40 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers, Florida.

The resort is a full-service destination with two pools, easy beach access, the newly-opened Gold Door Spa, award-winning culinary dining experiences, spacious guest rooms with balconies, tennis courts, a brand new fitness center and a spacious lobby where networking comes naturally. The three miles of pristine white beach are just the thing to clear your mind and revitalize your energy level. Beach services include dining and bar service, as well as a host of other amenities. The pools feature private cabanas.

There are two full-service onsite dining options, as well as lobby bar service, a pool bar offering simple fare and a beach grill as well.

While there are some additional fees for beach services, the resort has waived the daily resort fee for ADS attendees, and the following services are included in the room rate: in-room coffee, unlimited local and toll-free calls, fitness center access, NY Times daily (Mon/Fri), tennis courts and beach chairs and towels. Self-parking is also complimentary. Valet parking is $18/day. Store your golf bags with the valet when checking in and be sure to tell them if you’re playing in the golf tournament on Monday, Oct 6. Golf bag storage is complimentary.

Making Hotel Reservations at Naples Grande Resort & Club:

ADS Members are encouraged to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. The above-discounted rates are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early to ensure you have a room within the ADS block at the discounted rate.

When making reservations, it is essential to identify yourself as part of the Association for Dressings & Sauces group so that you will be placed in the ADS room block. Booking your room in the ADS block is extremely important because the Association, on behalf of the members, has committed revenue to the hotel for a specified number of hotel rooms. If ADS does not use the specified number of hotel rooms, which can happen when attendees book in other hotels or outside of the ADS block, the Association is monetarily penalized in the form of attrition fees for any un-booked hotel rooms in our block. We appreciate your willingness to assist us in avoiding unnecessary penalties by booking in the meeting hotel and identifying yourself as part of the ADS group when making your reservation.

To make hotel reservations, call the hotel’s Group Reservations department toll-free at (888) 422-6177, and identify yourself as a member of The Association for Dressings & Sauces group. A credit card name and number is needed to guarantee the reservation, however, your card will not be charged until checkout. To avoid a cancellation penalty of one night room and tax, cancellations must be made no later than 6:00 p.m. three days prior to scheduled arrival. Please remember you are responsible for both reserving and canceling your own hotel reservations.

Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.; checkout is prior to 12:00 noon.
